EGR CLEANING

EGR Cooler cleaning now available.
We are now set up to clean EGR coolers. Using ultrasonic technology, we have the ability to properly clean your clogged EGR Cooler and we also use OEM pressure testing kits to make sure that your cooler is ready to go back on your truck. If your EGR does not pass the pressure test, we also have OEM Reman replacement EGR Coolers available.
Aqueous cleaning is the preferred method of major OEM when they are cleaning filters for reman. Standard pneumatic cleaning does not get all soot or coolant out of your DPF. Aqueous cleaning is required to flush any remaining particulate matter that is stuck top cell walls.
